Returns The returned item should be in the original condition and you must call us for an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) . Please include reason for return and a copy of the invoice with the returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. Drop-Shipped (DS) products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Some items in the catalog may be drop-shipped, but are not indicated as such. Classic Parts of America reserves the right to add this charge on any drop-shipped item that is returned. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items may not be returned for refund or credit: Carburetor kits, Books, Literature, Decals, Electrical items, and all Special Order items. Should you receive a defective item, we will be happy to replace it. Warranty The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Seller’s & manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use of or the inabilities of the product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection there within. Drop-shipped Items Please allow additional time on all drop-shipped items as the time differs depending on the supplier. There is a 20% restock ing fee on drop-ship returns.

Shipping Rates Within the USA, shipping costs are calculated based on the dollar value of your order and the shipping method you choose. There is an $9.95 minimum shipping charge. We charge a flat rate of $9.95, $14.95, $19.95, or $24.95 based upon your merchandise total* (some restrictions apply). Orders must ship by "ground" service within the 48 contiguous US States. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Normal carrier rates apply.) Domestic Air and International service is not included... normal carrier rates apply. Some of our items are oversized and are subject to additional shipping fees. This fee varies based on the individual product and it's size. These additional shipping fees will be added to our Flat Rate Shipping.
