Some long wheel base trucks have 16 gallon tanks. Compare your existing tank’s measurements and filler pipe diameter before ordering. 16 gallon tanks measure 43" x 14" x 11". 20 gallon tanks measure 56" x 14 " x 11". 1973-81 tanks have 1¼" filler pipe. 1982-87 tanks have 1 5 ⁄ 8 " filler pipe.
